| 随着成渝地区双城经济圈建设上升为国家战略，成渝地区高新技术产业发展迎来新的发展机遇。本文通过测算区域高新技术产业综合发展指数，采用描述性统计分析、变异系数法、灰色关联度等分析方法，重点对比分析重庆和成都高新技术产业与经济增长的灰色关联度。研究结果表明：重庆高新技术产业发展速度较快，但规模还有待提高；高新技术产业对经济增长的支撑作用，已超过大多数行业产业部门；重庆高新技术产业与国民经济各行业的融合发展处于中等水平，深度融合发展程度还有待提升。据此本文提出加强信贷支持、制定配套政策、加大资源投入、完善专利保护以及打造特色产业等政策建议。 |

| As the construction of Chengdu Chongqing double city economic circle has become a national strategy，the development of high-tech industries in Chengdu Chongqing region has ushered in new development opportunities. Based on the calculation of the comprehensive development index of regional high-tech industries，this paper focuses on the comparative analysis of the grey correlation between high-tech industries and economic growth in Chongqing and Chengdu by using the analysis methods of descriptive statistical analysis，coefficient of variation and grey correlation analysis. The results show that the development of high-tech industry in Chongqing is fast，but the scale needs to be improved. The supporting effect of high-tech industries on economic growth has exceeded that of most industries and industrial sectors. The integration and development of Chongqing’s high-tech industry and various industries of the national economy is at a general level，and the degree of deep integration and development needs to be improved. Therefore，this paper puts forward some policy suggestions，such as strengthening credit support，formulating supporting policies，increasing resource investment，improving patent protection and building characteristic industries. |
