| 随着我国经济进入高质量发展阶段，作为推动经济结构调整的关键一环，产业结构的优化升级亟须加快步伐。研究数字金融对产业结构升级的作用，是实现经济高质量发展的现实需要，也是推动数字经济发展的必要途径与应有之义。本文基于2015－2019年中国31个省市的面板数据，分析数字金融对产业结构升级的影响，结果表明数字金融对产业结构升级具有显著的正向影响，并在不同维度上产生了不同程度的作用。同时针对实证结果提出对策建议，以期有效促进产业结构优化升级，推动数字金融与实体经济健康发展。 |

| As China’s economy enters the stage of high-quality development，the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure need to be accelerated as a key part of promoting economic restructuring.To study the effect of digital finance on the upgrading of industrial structure is not only a realistic need to realize high-quality economic development，but also a necessary way to promote the development of digital finance.Based on the panel data of 31 provinces and cities in China，this paper analyzes the impact of digital finance on the upgrading of industrial structure，and the results show that digital finance has a significant positive impact on the upgrading of industrial structure，and has different effects in different dimensions.At the same time，some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the empirical results，in order to effectively promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure，and promote the healthy development of real economy and digital finance. |
