| 金融科技的快速发展深刻地影响着金融业的业务形态，为传统金融监管模式带来巨大的挑战。为适应金融科技发展的新形势，各国相继推出“监管沙盒”政策,以放宽金融科技监管力度，激发市场创新活力。我国自2020年开始“监管沙盒”的试点应用并获得初步成效。本文通过比较分析英国、美国和中国三国“监管沙盒”的发展现状及运作模式，总结国际经验，并结合我国实际情况提出健全相关法律法规、加强监管沙盒国际合作交流、联合多方主体共同参与等政策启示。 |

| Abstract: |
| The rapid development of financial science and technology has a profound impact on the business form of the financial industry，and brings a huge challenge to the traditional financial supervision model.In order to adapt to the new situation of the development of financial science and technology，many countries have introduced the “regulatory sandbox” policy in order to relax the financial science and technology supervision and stimulate the market innovation vitality.Since 2020，China has started the pilot application of “regulatory sandbox” and achieved preliminary results.This paper compares and analyzes the current situation and operation mode of the “sandbox” in Britain, the United States and China，sums up the international experience，and puts forward policy enlightenments such as improving relevant laws and regulations，strengthening international cooperation and exchanges in the supervision sandbox，and joint participation of multiple parties. |
