| 在乡村振兴成为国家战略的背景下，本文从产业、生态、文明、治理和生活水平五大维度入手，通过构建省级乡村振兴评价指标体系和使用熵值法对2003－2018年西部地区各省（市、区）乡村振兴水平展开综合测度和省际差异分析。研究结果表明：西部地区乡村振兴建设发展态势良好，但区域性差距明显，发展较好的是广西和重庆，发展较弱的是新疆和甘肃；从维度层面来看，产业兴旺和生活富裕是西部地区乡村振兴建设的重要抓手；从具体指标来看，改善农民收入问题是提高西部地区乡村振兴水平的关键。最后，本文结合西部地区乡村振兴综合评价和省际差异分析结果，提出加强乡村治理及生态宜居建设、创新乡村产业发展新模式、利用西部再开发政策红利等对策建议。 |

| Under the background that rural revitalization has become a national strategy，this paper is based on the five dimensions of industry，ecology，civilization，governance and living standards，and then comprehensively measures the Rural Revitalization level of each province (city，district) in the western region by constructing the Provincial Rural Revitalization evaluation index system and using the entropy method.The results show that：first，although the development trend of Rural Revitalization in the western region is good，but the regional gap is obvious，among which Guangxi and Chongqing are the best and Xinjiang and Gansu are the weakest；Second，from the perspective of dimensions，industrial prosperity and living affluence are the key points of Rural Revitalization in the western region；Third，from the perspective of specific indicators，whether the farmers’ income can be improved is the key to improve the development level of Rural Revitalization in the western region.Finally，combined with the development status and the calculation results of Rural Revitalization development level in Western China.This paper puts forward some suggestions，such as strengthening rural governance and ecological livable construction，innovating a new model of rural industrial development，and making use of the dividend of Western redevelopment policy. |
