| 摘要: |
| 本文基于“资源-能力-绩效”框架,着重分析企业内外部创新资源投入对其创新绩效的作用机理。研究结果表明:(1)研发投入与外部知识搜寻活动,有利于增强技术商业化能力。但企业研发投入活动仅限于增强制造能力,而对企业市场化能力的提升无明显作用。相较于市场化能力,科学型知识搜寻在制造能力提升方面具有更强的促进效应。(2)提升技术商业化能力,则能够明显促进企业的创新成果产出。(3)技术商业化能力在研发投入、外部知识搜寻影响企业创新绩效的过程中具有中介作用。 |

| This paper focuses on the relationship between the company's internal and external innovation resource investment and innovation performance using the framework of “resources-ability-performance”.The results show:(1)Both the R&D investment,external knowledge sourcing are beneficial to enhance technology commercialization capability.However,R&D investment can only enhance manufacturing capabilities,and have no obvious effect on marketing capabilities.Besides,science-driven search is more conducive to the improvement of manufacturing capabilities than marketing capabilities.(2)The technological commercialization capabilities can promote the output of innovative results.(3)The technology commercialization capabilities play an intermediary role between R&D investment and innovation performance,as well as external knowledge sourcing and innovation performance. |
