| 本文以金融服务乡村振兴战略为主要研究对象，基于乡村振兴战略实施背景，探究金融服务乡村振兴的着力点及其存在的突出问题，提出通过建立农业“三大体系”提质增量机制、构建“城乡融合”辐射联动机制、加强金融服务机制创新、健全政府支持保护机制、构建金融科技支撑保障机制等途径来破解金融服务障碍，并介绍了金融服务乡村振兴的具体实践。本文以推动金融改革创新与农业农村现代化深度融合，更好地支持乡村振兴战略的实施。 |

| Taking the financial services for rural revitalization strategy as the main research object，this paper analyzes the background of the rural revitalization strategy implementation，explores the focus and outstanding problem，proposes breaking down financial service barriers through establishing the agricultural “three major systems” to improve the quality，constructing “urban-rural integration” mechanism，strengthening financial service mechanism innovation，improving government support and protection mechanisms，offering building financial technology support and guarantee mechanisms，and ingintroduces the typicalspecific practices of financial services forto rural revitalization.All of these aim to promote the deep integration of financial reform and innovation with the modernization of agriculture and rural areas，and better support the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. |
