| 2021年是中国发展“碳中和”元年，也是绿色低碳经济全球竞争的元年。本文认为，在碳中和的发展逻辑下，金融资源将逐渐向绿色领域倾斜，绿色金融产业将继续快速发展。本文剖析了当前绿色金融发展的最新现状，认为碳市场正在强化金融属性，并就此对绿色金融的中期发展提出建议与展望。 |

| 2021 is the first year of Chinas development of “carbon neutrality” and the first year of global competition for a green and low-carbon economy.This article believes that under the development logic of carbon neutrality，financial resources will gradually tilt towards the green field，and the green financial industry will continue to develop rapidly.This article analyzes the current status of the development of green finance，believes that the carbon market is strengthening financial attributes，and proposes suggestions and prospects for the medium-term development of green finance. |
