| 2018年以来，长三角一体化已经上升为国家战略，苏州在长三角一体化中具有整 体融合和示范引领的双重使命。通过对金融支持长三角一体化情况进行调研①，发现长三角金 融一体化存在金融机构垂直化管理和区域融合优化之间的结构性矛盾，金融标准和信息共享 尚在半途，我们应当以习近平总书记金融供给侧改革的论述为指引，提高政治站位，从机制改 革入手，抓好示范区共建，推动苏州高起点、高水平、高质量融入长三角一体化。 |

| Since 2018, Yangtze River Delta integration has become a national strategy, in which suzhou has a dual mission of overall integration as well as demonstration. From a survey conducted by the suzhou central branch of the PBOC concerning this national strategy, it has structural contradictions between the vertical management of financial institutions and the optimization of regional integration. In addition, financial standards and information sharing systems need improving. It is a better choice for us to utilize the exposition of structural reform of financial supply side by general secretary Xi Jinping as a guide to improve political positions. Starting from the reform of the mechanism, we should focus on the construction of the demonstration area, which promotes the integration of Suzhou into the Yangtze River Delta with high profile and quality. |
