| 文章选取2005~2016年我国31个省际面板数据，建立动态面板数据模型，利用系 统广义距估计（SYS-GMM）对普惠金融发展与产业结构升级关系进行实证分析。得出以下结 论：整体上看，我国普惠金融发展显著推动了产业结构升级，且政策制度对普惠金融发展的产 业升级效应具有调节效应；分地区看，东部地区普惠金融发展的产业升级效应最大，西部地区 最小。此外，文章还发现外商直接投资与产业结构升级之间呈“倒U”型关系。基于结论提出 如下建议：实施区域差别化普惠金融发展战略，完善普惠金融发展基础设施建设，加快普惠金 融产品和服务创新。 |

| This paper,selecting 31 inter provincial panel data from 2005 to 2016, establishing a dynamic panel data model,makes an empirical analysis of the relationship between inclusive financial development and industrial structure upgrading based on the SYS-GMM. The conclusion is as follows: on the whole,china's inclusive financial development has significantly promoted the upgrading of industrial structure, and the policy system has a regulatory effect on the industrial upgrading effect of inclusive financial development; in terms of different regions, the industrial upgrading effect of inclusive financial development in the eastern region is the largest,while that in the western region is the smallest. In addition, it is found that there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between FDI and the upgrading of industrial structure. Taking the empirical results into account,the paper puts forward some suggestions which includes implementing the regional differentiated inclusive financial development strategy,improving the infrastructure construction of inclusive financial development, and accelerating the innovation of inclusive financial products and services. |
