| 信贷资本是实现乡村振兴和农业农村现代化的先导性要素。在国家乡村振兴战略 部署和各项政策指引下，各省市积极出台乡村振兴的信贷支持政策，有效推动了乡村振兴战略 的实施，但仍存在较为突出的供给型信贷约束问题。本文以重庆为例，运用问卷、访谈、现场 走访相结合的调查方法，实地调研了万州等10个区县的375户乡村产业经营主体和92家金融机 构，重点探究了乡村振兴中信贷需求特征和供给现状，分析了乡村振兴中供给型信贷约束的成 因，最后提出了破解乡村振兴中供给型信贷约束的政策建议。 |

| Credit capital is the leading factor for rural revitalization and agricultural modernization. Under the guidance of the National Rural Revitalization Strategies and Policies, relevant provinces and municipalities have proposed the credit support policies for rural revitalization actively, which effectively promoted the implementation of the rural revitalization strategies. But there are some serious supply credit constraint problems that still need to be resolved. Taking Chongqing as an example, to investgate 375 rural industrial management entities and 92 financial institutions in 10 districts and counties such as Wanzhou by questionnaires, interviews, and on-site visits. The study of this paper’s key point is to explore the characteristics of credit demand and the supply status in rural revitalization, then analyzing the causes of supply credit constraints in rural revitalization, and finally proposing the political recommendations to break the supply credit constraints in rural revitalization. |
