| 以贫困地区的普惠金融发展为实证研究对象，选取支付环境条件等五个维度指标，涵盖人均移动支付笔数等25个三级指标构建了普惠金融评价指标体系。将贵州省及其九个市州作为贫困地区的案例，运用因子分析法，对上述地区2014-2016年三年的普惠金融发展 情况进行了实证分析，分析显示：一是贵州省普惠金融整体发展水平提升明显，但部分深度贫困县域进步不大；二是贵州省普惠金融发展水平区域之间差异较大，贵阳市处于绝对领先地位；三是基础金融服务是引起普惠金融变化的主要因素，且金融服务、信用建设及金融基础设施均等水平等因素不可或缺。 |

| This paper selects five environmental indicators such as payment environment conditions, credit access conditions, insurance environment conditions and 25 three indicators such as the number of per capita mobile payments etc to construct the evaluation index system of Inclusive Finance in ethnic areas. That takes 9 ethnic areas in Guizhou as a case to analyze the development of inclusive financial situation between 2014-2016 using the factor analysis method. The results shows: Firstly, inclusive financial development level gradually getting better in Guizhou province, but part of the depth of poor areas get a little change; Secondly, the development of inclusive financial in Guizhou province shows regional differences, the city of Guiyang in the absolute leading position;Thirdly,basic financial service is the main factors causing the change of inclusive finance, and financial services is an indispensable factor of credit construction and financial infrastructure equal level. |
