| Abstract: |
| This paper discusses the significance of national digital strategy in driving innovation, promoting reform and managing risks. Through refering the policies and practices of digital strategy in the United States, Germany and Britain, this paper puts forward four suggestions of promoting digital strategy in China: first, strengthening infrastructure and platform construction; second, developing digital technology and digital industry; third, strengthening personnel training and digital education; and protecting data security and personal privacy. |
