| 高效的金融支农效率是乡村振兴战略极为重要的支持要素。但我国农村金融配置 资源的整体效率低下，且呈现出一定的区域差异性。从时空角度对金融支农效率的区域相关 性和异质性进行分析对于促进地区金融平衡发展和乡村振兴战略的实施具有重要意义。基于 此，首先对全国28个省（区、市）2007-2016年的金融支农效率进行测算，然后利用空间面板 模型对各省（市）的金融支农效率的空间特征和影响因素进行分析，结果表明金融支农效率在 区域间存在显著的空间自相关关系，即本地区金融支农效率会对相邻地区支农效率产生“溢出 效应”。其中金融发展规模、财政支农比重、城乡收入差距和金融支农潜力对支农效率影响显 著，据此提出加快农地市场资本化进程、加强空间集聚区域金融合作等政策建议。 |

| High efficiency of financial support for agriculture is an important supporting factor for rural revitalization strategy. However, the overall efficiency of rural financial resources allocation in China is low, and there are some certain regional differences. The analysis of the regional correlation and heterogeneity of financial agricultural support efficiency is of great significance to promote the balanced development of regional finance and the implementation of rural revitalization strategy. Based on this, the agriculatural financial support efficiency of 28 provinces ( autonomous regions and municipalities) nationwide from 2007- 2016 is calculated and then characteristics and influence factors were analyzed using the spatial panel model. The results show that the efficiency of financial support for agriculture between regions has significant spatial autocorrelation, namely the region’s financial support efficiency for agriculture will produce “spillover effect” on adjacent area. The scale of financial development, proportion of financial support to agriculture, urban-rural income gap and financial support to agriculture potential have significant impacts on the efficiency of agricultural support. Accordingly, the paper puts forward some suggestions, such as accelerating the market capitalization of agricultural land and strengthening the regional financial cooperation in spatial agglomeration. |
