| 近年来，随着绿色金融体系建设上升为国家战略，我国绿色金融发展取得了不少 令人瞩目的成果。在我国经济发展进入新常态和大力倡导供给侧结构性改革的时代背景下，江 西省作为首批建设绿色金融改革创新试验区，研究江西省绿色金融发展促进产业结构调整升 级对加快生态文明体制改革和建设美丽中国具有重要的现实意义。在分析绿色促进产业结构 调整升级的机制之后，通过构建灰色关联模型对江西省2008~2016年绿色金融与产业结构关联 度进行实证分析。最后，结合江西省绿色金融发展的实际情况，提出了相应的对策建议以促进 江西省产业结构调整升级。 |

| Research on Green Finance Development and Upgrade of Industrial Structure—Empirical analysis based on Jiangxi Province |

| In recent years，with the construction of green financial system as a national strategy，China's green finance development has made many remarkable achievements. In the context of China's economic development into a new normal and vigorously promote the supply side structural reform，under the background of Jiangxi Province as the first green building pilot area of financial reform and innovation，research and development of green finance in Jiangxi province to promote the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure has important practical significance to speed up the construction of ecological civilization reform and beautiful China. After analyzing the mechanism of green promoting industrial structure adjustment and upgrading，this paper empirically analyzes the correlation between green finance and industrial structure in Jiangxi province by constructing grey relational model in 2008~2016. Finally, combined with the actual situation of the development of green finance in Jiangxi Province，the corresponding counter measures and suggestions are put forward to promote the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure in Jiangxi province. |
