| 在对金融效率和制造业集聚进行理论分析的基础上，基于1997-2011年中国省际层 面的电子及通讯设备制造业数据，建立动态面板数据模型予以实证。研究发现：电子及通讯设 备制造业集聚受到金融系统多个层面运行效率的影响。除金融资源分配效率及其滞后项对电 子及通讯设备制造业集聚的影响显著为正外，存款投资转化率、增量资本产出率和证券市场融 资效率及其滞后项均对该产业集聚的影响显著为负。银行资金运用效率对当期电子及通讯设 备制造业集聚的影响效应显著为负，但滞后两阶后，该影响效应则显著为正，表明近年来银行 资金运用效率提升，支持电子和通讯设备制造业集聚的效果显著改进。 |

| The Influence of Financial Efficiency on the Manufacturing Industry Agglomeration：Based on Empirical Data of Electronic and Communication Equipment Manufacturing |

| Based on the theoretical analysis of the financial efficiency and industrial agglomeration, using the electronic and communication equipment manufacturing data from 1997 to 2011 on China's provincial level, this paper established a dynamic Panel-Data model to prove the efficiency of the financier’s impact on the industry agglomeration. Our study finds that electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry agglomeration is affected by the efficiency of the financial system on several aspects. Except the positive effect of financial resource allocation efficiency and its lag on the industry agglomeration, deposits investment conversion efficiency, incremental capital-output ratio, the stock market financing efficiency and the lag of it, all of which have significantly negative effect on the agglomeration. But the efficiency is significantly positive after two phases, which indicates that the bank’s fund use efficiency has been improved, the effect of supporting electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry agglomeration has been greatly improved. |
