| 推进农村精准扶贫是我国2020年实现全面建成小康社会目标的关键之举。而金融在推进农村精准扶贫中不可或缺，要想发挥金融在农村精准扶贫中的要素集聚作用，就需要构建结构完善、高效运行的扶贫金融制度。本文首先介绍了孟加拉国、印尼和印度等发展中国家的扶贫金融制度结构，然后对比考察了各国扶贫金融制度的共性和差异，在此基础上，系统总结了各国金融扶贫制度构建的经验，最后结合我国贫困地区实际，对完善我国扶贫金融制度提出了有益的政策启示。 |

| The comparative analysis of Financial arrangments for poverty alleviation in Developing countries |

| Accelerating the targeted poverty alleviation is the key to realize the building of moderately prosperous society in all respects in 2020, and financial measures are absolutely necessary in the process. In order to play the role of targeted poverty alleviation in factor agglomeration, it is necessary to establish a perfect financial system of poverty alleviation which can operate efficiently. This paper first introduces the financial system of poverty alleviation in developing countries which contain Bangladesh, Indonesia and India, and then makes a comparative analysis of commonness and differences between the countries, on the basis of the system, summarizes the experience in establishing financial system of poverty alleviationand exploring potential effects of financial poverty alleviation. Ultimately, based on the current financial condition in rural area, the paper puts forward the policy enlightenments aimed at improving financial system of poverty alleviation in China. |
